Build Your Own Pavilion Workshop

In collaboration with Family Day, join QM-Jerome Foundation Fellow Umber Majeed for a collage and writing workshop inspired by her exhibition as well as print and photographic materials from the 1964-1965 New York World’s Fair. Participants will take on the role of an architect, historian, or tour guide to speculate on pavilions as tools of collective imagination. Whom do we design these pavilions for? Are pavilions really fixed in time?

Worksheets and materials for collaging will be provided. This intergenerational workshop is open to all ages! RSVP to reserve your spot.
